Treasure Coast Fearless Caregiver Conference

The Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast hosts the Treasure Coast Fearless Caregiver Conference at The Charles and Rae Kane Center on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. A day of support, information and advice for family and professional caregivers from aging and disability experts, caregiver advocates, physicians, Social Security specialists, elder law professionals, homecare and facility coordinators and support organizations.
